The 600 turned out to be slightly short as ir was on the grass.

Our middle distance squads represented Bracknell AC at the SEAA Southern Counties 3 and 4 stage relays at Crystal Palace on Sunday 24th September. Bracknell competed with many local and regional clubs, including our friends at Reading AC, Windsor ESH and Guildford.

Zak Seddon finished in second place in the 3000m Steeplechase at the GBTeam Trials on 1 Jul 17 to qualify for the London World Athletics Championships. Zak is the first Bracknell AC athlete to be selected for the track and field world championships which start on 4 August, heats for the steeplechase are at 1005 on 6 Aug.
Bracknell Athletes were competing for Berkshire in the Regional Round of the combined events at Kingsmeadow Stadium Kingston on 24/25 June.
